The doctor is very personable and willing to explore all options.
The doctor is very professional and seeks to find the root cause of the problem. She wants to place the patient in a comfort zone and explain all possibilities. I trust her completely.

this was my first pimple and it was fine it had a little poke but yea!
my first time experience was fine because i got to feel like i get to know what it feels like because i may or may not ever have a pimple or blackhead so i know what its going to feel like any other time.
