Totally happy with my visit today.
This is the way a medical clinic should be run.
Professional, friendly, and courteous doctor and staff. Dr Scarborough took time to hear my story and didn’t prejudge me. I am grateful for that. I look forward to continuing as a patient of his.

Beyond Excellent
Dr. Michael Cody Scarborough is by far one of the kindest and most knowledgeable physicians I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His support staff and himself make the experience as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend this particular practice for any issues of yours which they might practice in.

Great prep and post op care.nurses explained everything.

Office visit
I have only had one visit with Dr. Scarborough a week ago. I have been off work due to pain and others health issues since June of last year. I was diagnosed with a rare condition which required surgery in March. I experienced pain my body every day since I have seen many doctors, I been nursing 30years. Dr.
Scarborough is the most caring and compassionate doctor that have met in a long time. He pulled his seat facing me. He listened to me, he believed me and he wanted to help me. Thank you.

Caring and interested in how to relieve my pain
Excellent. Didn’t think anyone could replace Dr. Mays but he has wonderful bedside manner and really connects with my needs, not just pain. Helped me get through the death of my husband.

Be honest with him....
I was so nervous my 1st visit because I had been with my other pain dr for years. It was 3 hours away and someone close was needed. I laid everything out that 1st visit and so happy I did. Dr. Scarborough listens to you, he breaks things down for you. I respect him and I'm happy he is my dr. I have recommended him to others I know looking for a dr that LISTENS!!! He listens to every word you say and is willing to work with you.

Best Plain Clinic available!
From the moment you walk up to receptionist desk until you check out ,the caring staff makes you feel like you are the most important patient they have. Dr Scarbrough and his assistant Natalie Stafford are the best patient care providers you could ask for. I have been able to postpone my neck surgery due to the care they both provide !

Could not have a better doctor
I saw a couple of other xictors before being referred to Dr. Scarbrough. He listens and really looks at your history i! n irder to vive you accurate and thorough treatment. I would not go anywhere else

Schedule 2nd floor and Supervisors
First let me say, “Dr. Cody is Excellent!” I can’t say I have any problems with my Doctor!
This is about 2nd floor.
May 3, 2021 took the icing off the cake! I flew in from Cypress, Tx, and my daughter from Denver, Co. My appt was at 8:45am. We had trouble getting lan Uber, LFT, and Taxi to get to our appt. Melissa was so rude to us and was saying we have to reschedule and charge $75. I understand the policy, but wouldn’t accommodate us at all!

EXCEPTIONAL GOOD LISTENER.
I never feel rushed. He listens carefully and answers all my questions. He seems to know the questions I forget to ask, as he asks me. Doctor Scarbrough is a caring person and wonderful doctor. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

He is an expert at performing pain blocks!
Dr. Scarborough is such a compassionate doctor with an outstanding ability to administer pain blocks and ablations. He was so kind to see me for a block the same day that I was seen in the office with a flare-up. I got so much relief that I’ve been up and
Enjoying things I could not do before. I am so appreciative to have recieved such outstanding care since the ortho-surgeons have
considered me not a candidate for surgery.

Great physician
Dr Scarbrough is a wonderful physician! He takes time to listen and explains everything in a way you can understand. So thankful for him and Dr Schnapp. The doctors in this group are wonderful.
