Dr. Herre was, punctual, professional, patient and personable
Check-in went smoothly and I did not have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Herre. We had a good conversation about my results and health history, including the Whole Foods Plant Based way of eating that I follow. Dr. Herre was open to receive and discuss information and joint interests and experiences with me, as well as efficiently conduct the clinical visit.

Highly recommend Dr. Herre
Only issue was in using their new phone system…it was not working! Tried to leave message with his nurse, pressed the number I was told (by a recording that was difficult to understand) and was told “invalid selection”. Twice. Eventually selected “schedule an appointment” and was transferred to his nurse. Couldn’t leave a detailed message (as directed) before my message started replaying to me. Twice. Very frustrating but did get a call back the following day in spite of not being able to leave a complete message. Otherwise, the staff is great along with Dr. Herre.
