Busy doctor but trustworthy and smart
Retuning visit for knee after previous provider moved. Recurring problem. Dr. Byrd was able to give a steroid injection and wanted to follow up in two months to see if another procedure needed to be done. Very reasonable. Good experience.

Dr. Byrd is awesome.
At first, I was upset, as I have other medical problems. After crying, praying, and talking things over with my family, I felt at peace with his decision, I am sure that he made the right call to postpone my surgery for a couple of weeks!

Thankful for Dr. Byrd!
I tore my patella and after 2 failed surgeries at my total hospital, I was referred to Dr. Byrd. I am thankful to God and my local provider to refer me, and even more so to Dr. Byrd for taking on my knee!

Very efficient and friendly.
Dr. Byrd explained the X-ray very well and my options for treatment. He was confident about the plan for surgery and even gave accurate information about Medicare and details about the procedure. I took home lots of information which explained everything I needed to know. I was assigned a case manager, Melissa. She contacted me early and was a very helpful person as I prepared for surgery. I had some difficulties getting cleared for surgery by my PCP and she gave good advice that helped me through these potential roadblocks.

Dr. Will Byrd is the best!!
Clear, Concise and to the Point. Get knee shots in both knees to keep me going. There will come a time when the shots quit working, I fully trust he will be able to replace my knees and get me back on my feet in no time!!!

I could not have asked for a more exceptional experience.
Dr. Byrd is thorough, and very easy to communicate with. He answers questions patiently and is honest and genuine. He did a knee replacement for me and his staff and office has the procedure so well orchestrated you always know what is expected, necessary and where you stand throughout the process. I am so grateful that I was referred to this office and particularly Dr. Byrd.
