She completed her undergraduate degree in biochemistry with a minor in music (harp performance) from the University of Utah graduating with Honors. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine receiving the distinction and election into the prestigious Junior and Senior Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Among her many accolades, Dr. Gwinn received the Gold Humanism Award for her display of exemplary compassion and empathy with patients, excellence in clinical care, and leadership capabilities. During medical school, she served on the Idaho Medical Association Board of Trustees as a liaison for the University of Washington WWAMI program advocating for medical education and rural medicine support. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine and Dermatology residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.

    Dr. Gwinn completed her Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship at SkinCare Physicians in Chestnut Hill, MA; training with a world expert and one of the most respected surgeons in the field, Dr. Thomas Rohrer. Simultaneously, she completed a prestigious cosmetics, laser, and procedural dermatology fellowship with the original pioneers of cosmetic and laser medicine, Dr. Kenneth Arndt and Dr. Jeffrey Dover.

    She specializes in an individualized, natural, less-is-more approach with expertise in a variety of cosmetic procedures. She utilizes BOTOX®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® for facial lines and wrinkles. For facial rejuvenation, Dr. Gwinn works with fillers including JUVÉDERM® products including Voluma™, Restylane®, BELOTERO, Sculptra® Aesthetic, and RADIESSE®. She offers blepharoplasty for excess eyelid skin and CO2 ablative laser for deep facial wrinkles. She has extensive training in laser medicine for treatment of rosacea, vascular birthmarks, wrinkles, acne scars, melasma, and photodamage. Dr. Gwinn also specializes in body sculpting procedures including Sculptra® Aesthetic injections for cellulite and buttock lifting, liposuction, and KYBELLA®.

    Dr. Gwinn is a dedicated advocate for her patients, tirelessly providing the best possible individualized care for each patient she encounters. She treats every patient and family member with compassion, dignity, and respect.

    In her spare time, Dr. Gwinn enjoys backcountry skiing, playing the harp, attempting to make the perfect macaron, hiking, water-skiing, running, and spending time with her fiancé, Ray, and her incredible family.
