I had a good experience with Dr. Brys when I had a consultation for my daughter's hearing. She patiently explained the audiology report and answered all the questions we had. I am really impressed with her knowledge and the time she took to address our concerns!

Unexpected but Very Pleasant
I was sad to learn that Kathryn in the Parsippany office has moved on to another job, however Morgan took wonderful care of me. I was also surprised to hear of Dr. Wirtshafter's broken hand but again Dr. Brys took wonderful care of me by making time in her schedule to remove the wax in my ears so I could hear better.

The difference a great doctor makes.
Dr. Brys is so warm and welcoming. I was really nervous about getting the surgery because of my past experience with an incompetent doctor. She cared about my concerns and took the time to explain everything. She was very honest and real. Most importantly, she knows what she’s doing.

I'm happy to finally find a professional and attentive doctor that not only did a thorough checkup but also took the time explain and answer patiently all of our questions. My husband had a ringing ear, he left the office feeling better already since Dr. Brys made sure to explain the diagnosis, the causes, and what the next steps are going to be. Glad I only come in once per year
More than once, I have seriously considered leaving your practice.
I waited over an hour in your waiting room. My time is as valuable as anyone else's is.
The last two visits, Dr. Brys hurt me while cleaning out my ears. I did my best to ensure she wouldn't need to do so this time. Took care of the Situation myself by using hydrogen peroxide daily for a few days before my appointment.
Lastly, your extremely user-unfriendly web site made my blood pressure skyrocket.
I don't like switching Doctors. So I try to avoid doing so. But as I said, I'm glad I only have to see this practice once per year.

Dr Agata Brys is such a kind and gentle person. I felt very confident and secure in her care. I felt like I was your only patient that day. I appreciate how well she took care of me. is incredible. Not only she has taken great care of my needs but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr Brys and the medical staff were amazing
I came in for a sudden hearing loss and in route had a profuse nose bleed. The care I received was amazing. Dr Brys removed a polyp from my ear and my hearing is back to pre-polyp quality.
I am grateful for the practice and all concerned.
