I am used to very long wait times in this building, it was a nice surprise to walk into a crowded waiting room and yet be able to see the DR. and walk out in 40 minutes.

I've never been given a doctors email before until now. I emailed her about a burn on a Saturday. She called me within the hour on her day off from a boat and talked to me about my concerns. She comforted me and instructed me on wound care and sent me a reassuring email Sunday. So kind.

She was running behind but IT WAS WORTH IT! She was amazing. She really cared about my problem. She treated me and my son as if we were royalty. She was extremely smart and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Phillips.
