I received surgery on my ankle - the results were excellent. Mine was an especially difficult one, but he helped me to heal completely in 8 months from a pain that had already lasted for 3 years...
I have heard that he is the best orthopedic specialist in Hampton Roads!

I didn’t like what he told me, but I trust that it is correct
This was a follow up to a pretty extensive ankle repair. I originally saw one of his PAs or students. I had been have some unexpected pain so she had Dr. Campbell look at the x-rays and then he came in to speak with me. You could tell it was a very busy day for him, but he took the time to explain to me whether was going on and show me on the x-rays and answer any questions I had. I am going to need another surgery do to the stress fractures. So I didn’t particular like the message, but I trust Dr. Campbell and his staff enough to believe the diagnosis is correct.

Very happy with the overall experience
The entire staff at his office and surgical center is wonderful! Very pleased with my surgery from beginning to the end. They are quick to return phone calls and are ready with the answers. I will certainly recommend him to everyone in need of an orthopedic doctor.

I always knew what was going on

Excellent as always
Dr. Campbell was very friendly and knowledgeable during my visit for foot pain. The examination was thorough and his friendly manner made me feel extremely comfortable. He informed me of exactly what he was doing throughout the exam.

Dr. Cmpbell and assistant was very attentive to me. I wish I came a few weeks earlier when I was in more pain/discomfort. Nurse, x-ray technician and reception desk staff was very professional, polite, and courteous.

Started out a little disappointing but ended positive.
Drove two hours to my appointment only to discover that Atlantic does not accept. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the visit as I needed so.e resolve for my issue. Dr. Cambell agreed to see me more or less as a consultation at no cost to me. I am very appreciative of the outcome and service by Dr. Cambell and the staff. Truely a professional setting. Once this insurance stuff is taken care of I would love to be able to use Dr. Cambell for any future discussions or diagnosis. Dr. Cambell offered his practice if the insurance would indeed work and if it did we would do a teleconference once this gets sorted out. I know things like this happen and I am not upset or angry. Dr. Cambell went above and beyond what other doctors may would have done.

My experience was with a nurse practitioner who was excellent.
My visit was primarily with his nurse practitioner although I did see Dr. Campbell for a few minutes. The office was very busy with his patients but he answered all my questions effectively and to the point which I appreciate. His nurse practitioner was extremely efficient and she took care of all my concerns. Even though the office was so busy the receptionists took care of everyone quickly and politely. I’m blessed to have such caring people helping me with my healing process. Danielle Black in therapy is an angel. She is responsible for many tough sessions to get me where I am today. Thanks to everyone for your kindness.

No worries, even with serious injury
Dr. Campbell, Holly, and Jennifer are great! That have been a pleasure for my wife and me to work with … almost takes away the pain and hassle of breaking my foot!
