Exams, procedures were administered quickly, no waiting for doctor diagnosis, which was very clear and thorough. Dr Reiss was also extremely empathetic of my concerns and took time to answer all of my questions.

Very well run operation. Basically on time and skilled in the testing and evaluation.
Dr. Reiss made me feel comfortable with his demeanor, knowledge, professionalism and communication. As a person with monocular vision, he relieved my anxiety about the scheduled cataract surgery, now I am even looking forward to it.

Confident in diagnosis and options provided
Everything was fine except I was there for 2 hours! Had no idea I’d wait so long to see someone then several different exams from different technicians. Whew! Glad I had no other appointments that day.
And they didn’t know how to process my Care Credit card! Only the Glendale office knew how but I was in Scottsdale. Very disappointed

My husband has Alzheimer’s, appreciated that Dr. Reiss made him feel part of the decision process. Unfortunately, this is not true of all doctors. Dr. Reiss removed my cataracts earlier this year. He is awesome and so is the entire staff.

Laser review
I'm 39 and was diagnosed with narrow angle glaucoma, I'm so glad to have been referred to Dr. Reiss, he was very gentle and educating, he answered all my questions. I want to write a review because I'm super happy with how his staff and Dr. Reiss treated me. The laser treatment was not painful and it was quick. I was cleared by Dr. Reiss after follow up and feel great about my eyes. Again Thank you.

My experiences with Dr Reiss has been long standing. Here in the office I have had very good outcomes. He has always been professional even if I wanted otherwise. I would not change for any reason.
The practice of scheduling patients every 5 minutes apart drives me nuts but on the whole, it's always been worth sticking it out.

Outstanding service from start to finish.
Kelly performed one of the most complete eye exams I have ever had at this office. The way she works and listens to what the patient is saying or asking is outstanding. Dr. Reiss is also outstanding when it comes to diagnosing, listening and suggesting the best treatments for my different eye conditions.

Dr. Reiss is cutting edge
I am impressed that he spends as much time as necessary with me. I love that he never makes me feel rushed. I've been to other opthalmologists and he is by far the most well versed. I also love that Dr. Reiss stays on the cutting edge of his field. He is always looking for new ways to stay ahead of the pack.
