Refreshing approach to preventative care
Dr. Chan listened to my concerns and health goals. He helps me understand what is happening in my body and figure out how I can make it better, simple straight forward explanations to complex questions. Dr. Chan always takes his time to listen and explain what is going on and helps me figure out a step by step approach to my health goals.

Actually Listened to my Needs!
I have been looking for a doctor who can actually take the time to listen to all of my concerns and what my wellness goal is as I age. Very educational and Dr. Chan explained each of my questions in a manner that I could understand my options as well as my long term health goals.

Great experience!
Dr Chan took the time to explain everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. Great beside manner. Focus on the causes and does not go straight prescribing pills to treat the problem. Would highly recommend.

They listen to the issues and help come up with solutions to help treat the root cause of the issues and not just treat my symptoms when I come in. They really look to improve the quality of your life and overall well being.

clear and straight forward information
Dr. Kavin Chan explain my lab results in a clear and simple way. I didn't get the " Everything looks good" as I always got in the past. I He told me where I was and what the norm is. Now that I know my numbers and where should they be, We are going to take care of my health.

Game plan set
Haven't had a blood-work in ages, and we now have a game plan to adjust me back to good health. While the results were terrifying to hear, I feel better knowing that there's something we can do, and that he's willing to walk me through it.

I feel exceptionally well cared for.

Dr. Chan made sure I understood what he believes, and stands for. He spoke in length about his philosophy in medicine, and discussed how he is willing to guide and coach for lifestyle changes - he was a patient listener, and a very sympathetic one.
I feel like I can discuss my health issues with him without any judgement - it was super comfortable speaking to him about my health issues.
