Pain Clinic where you aren't a number

I am very particular about any doctor. I do lots research. Dr.Hilgenhurst is up to date on lots of the new break. He did my Spinal cord stimulator. Tonya the nurse practioner has the exact same as the doctor. If she doesn't know something she will find out the answer. They make a great team. The office staff is a little nosey they ask your name and address and telephone number so the whole waiting room can hear. It could be dangerous.

quickest turn around I've had since I've been seeing you.

Was good arrived early waited until my appointment time to start processing was taken straight to a room. Blood pressure checked drugs counted interview with nurse completed. Provided Urine sample returned to the room as soon as I got there Tonya arrived. Discussed current treatment and expectations.Then checkout. Quickest appointment I've ever had beginning to end It was a pleasure.

Wonderful experience overall

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was referred here by my PCP 2 yrs ago. Due to a paperwork glitch, it took 4 months to get in to see Dr. Hilgenhurst. When he found out what had happened, he apologized and worked very hard to fix the problem and earn my trust. I am glad I stuck with the process and waited instead of finding a different doctor, because I couldn't be happier. I drive in 2 hours from Decaturville, Tn. just to see Ms. Pamela and Dr. Hilgenhurst. I love coming to Southern Hills to see them both.
