Very Professional, staff extremely courteous
Incredibly understanding. Extremely patient in explaining everything involved. Reassuring and will return for follow-up in six weeks. Finally found an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist who made me feel comfortable. He's the real deal.

Wonderful

A Physician You Can Trust
We have been patients of Dr. Tom for well over a decade and his (and the staff's) dedication to patient care remains uncompromised. He listens to the patient and thoroughly explains every action, always checking to ensure the patient understands. He is also very gentle and kind. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Provider, compassionate and effective
Dr. Tom was extremely thorough and professional through the entire visit. He took the time to review prior notes, asked appropriate questions and proceeded to go above and beyond in my visit. The receptionists at were equally thorough as well as pleasant and helpful. She took the time to print a temporary copy of my insurance card because the numbers have changed. It meant a lot that she was so thoughtful to do that without me asking.
