I've never encountered such educated and compassionate staff, let alone a doctor who stops and takes the time to listen to you without rushing you out of the office My mother has been a patient for over 2 years and receives injections for her macular degeneration and we know we are in good hands. very very supportive very very good employees , very gentle , excellent service .Its never good to have an injection done but the staff is beyond helpful . I enjoy every time i come in to office . I have never had any issues . Dr. Richards gets a 11 out of 10 . The staff gets 11 out of time . I have referred several people to this office . I think Dr. Richards is the best Doctor all the way around . I love coming into the office . They have the best music .
