It is always excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring A wonderful combination.
He and his assistants spent as much time as needed confirming the state of my retina to verify that I could go ahead with cataract surgery after I had a floater incident on Saturday. It was good. He was concerned that both he and I felt confident in proceeding with the surgery.

People in the office were great. All professional, excellent service. I received a text to preregister the morning of visit. I was never at this office before so I decided not to take the time to complete at home and waited till I got to the office. I arrived 30 minutes early so I attempted to complete the information but I had difficulty getting on the site. I,mentioned this office staff and was told it was not necessary. I am so glad I did not waste time at home and potentially arrive late. Why send me forms to complete that are not necessary?

Dr. Potash is excellent. He is intelligent, knowledgeable and he explains everything.
He is thorough. Tests were done, and reviewed and compared to prior tests. The people that work for him show him the respect that he deserves…he is a very good doctor. I come down from Maine to see him.

i was referred to dr seth potash by my former opthalmologist who retired due to family concerns.
during my first visit with
dr potash, i found him to be pleasant and down to earth; his knowledge, skills, and observations/explanations from reading my introductory files and the day s test results were easy to understand and appreciate.
his staff was competent and friendly; i felt comfy with them.
their system to check in, undergo tests, wait, and check out flowed smoothly.
the physical offices, including rest rooms, were neat, clean, well-stocked, and organised.
i will be back in six (6) months.

Wait time for exam was significantly less than in the past. Far fewer patients in waiting. We’ll organized. Exam was very thorough by Dr. Potash and medical assistant. Clear explanations and responses to all my questions.
