Best experience with the best doctor in Birmingham.
I came to Dr. Cox a few months ago when I was displeased with the hump I had on my nose. At the consultation, he explained exactly what he could do to correct the hump, gave me all of the information I needed and answered all of my questions in every detail. Two months later after surgery and my nose looks better than I ever thought it could. I am more than satisfied with my results and I could not have asked for a better Surgeon to do the job!

Dr Cox diagnosed my sinus problem that I had been suffering from for years. Before during and after surgery, my experience with Dr Cox and his staff has been wonderful.

Dr.cox and his medical staff gave me excellent medical service.
My experience with Dr. Cox and his Staff wast the best. I would give everything that the did for me a 10 out of 1-10 with 10 being the best. I was not aware that my nose and breathing was in such a bad state. Dr. Cox and his staff explained and gave me complete and clear information before and after the surgery and before anything was done. At my first time meeting Dr. Cox he made me feel at ease, have a great interaction, and gained my trusts. I will always be thankful to Dr. Cox and his Staff.

I had been to 30 something doctors in a year and a half, with no for sure care plan for this ulcer in my nose. Dr. Cox, went the extra mile to try and find out what was wrong and then to go ahead and take away the bad tissue and do a skin graft. During that year and a half my pain level had been at a 8 and 9 and 10. My pain level is now at a 0, my nose is a little different, but who cares, I am without pain and can resume my life, a busy life!!!! Thanks for helping me get back to living life

An AMAZING doctor
Dr. Cox completely rebuilt the entire top half of my ear. He did an amazing job. My ear looks better than I could have possibly imagined. Not only is he an amazing plastic surgeon, but he has the best bedside manners of any doctor Ive ever met. He takes time to explain everything in great detail, and listens to all my concerns. I have never met a doctor that showed such concern, and that I could get in touch with at any given time. He always responds back within a day!! Thank you Dr. Cox!

I wish i had done this sooner!
I never thought breathing through my nose would be possible again. Then I was referred to Dr. Cox & what a life changing experience this has been. I can breath through my nose (with my mouth closed) for the first time in my life & my nose looks the way it did before I broke it. The results are amazing... better than i could have ever imagined. I am so glad i decided to have surgery I only wish I had done it sooner.

Great experience for a surgical procedure
Very pleased with how I was treated by the staff. The time Dr. Cox took with me and my family explaining options and the surgery was appreciated and helped with the anxiety. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cox for any facial reconstructive surgery.

Beyond my expectations
Every visit and interaction with Dr. Cox was positive and informative. Some doctors are very skilled, some have an excellent bedside manner.... Dr. Cox has it all. I went into my surgery with a good understanding of the procedure, realistic expectations for the healing process and results, and a trust in my safety. The results of my surgery are better than I even expected! I am so very pleased, and I would highly recommend Dr. Cox to any prospective patient.

I scheduled a Septo/Rhino and it was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Cox was great at the scheduled appointments and the procedure went so well. He did such a great job and I could not be any happier.

The best physician I have ever worked with!
Dr. Cox has been phenomenal in every step of the process. From pre-op, to surgery, to post-op he has made sure to thoroughly communicate everything and form a wonderful patient-physician relationship. He continued to check up on my healing status after surgery via email and answered emails with my concerns and questions very quickly.

Very detailed, honest, and caring doctor.
It did not take long for me to trust Dr. Cox with my surgery and his opinions concerning the best route for me regarding repairing trauma related issues as well as my cosmetic desires. He was very detailed and realistic with me while meeting my desired outcome. He and his staff made the whole process as smooth as possible. Very, very pleased. Also, removing the stents was completely painless!! I definitely recommend Dr. Cox!!

Excellent Doctor and Great Communicator
Dr. Cox is very personable and easy to talk with. He always explains what he is going to do pre-surgery and has the skill set to follow through with his plan. Dr. Cox has operated on me multiple times, and I have always been satisfied with every aspect of the surgery process. He also has an excellent staff that supports him very well. I hold him in high regard and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled ENT.

I cannot speak enough to how incredible a doctor Dr. Cox has been. He exudes top-notch professionalism and knowledge of his field. But above all, from the instant I first met him, I knew he truly cared for me. I have had doctors who seemed disinterested in my care, but Dr. Cox was always so positive with me and genuinely cared for me as a person rather than just a patient. Most Genuine and Caring Doctor I have ever experienced.
Dr. Cox was amazing! He was super gentle, patient, and understanding. Not being able to breath and having a deviate septum was a problem I had suffered with a long time. As SOON as surgery was over, I could breath better!

He was amazing.
I had broken my nose two years prior to my surgery. I would have had the surgery much soon if it was not for insurance reasons and being referred to three different doctors before Dr. C. He told me my septum was 98% deviated. I could not breath on the right side at all and my left side collapsed trying to make up for the other. Looking at my nose there was a slight C shape to it. After my surgery my nose was completely straight. All of the nurses and staff were incredibly kind including Dr Cox.
