Partial torn ACL, saved a potential surgery.
I partially tore my ACL and went to two other doctors. They insisted on surgery. I came here and Dr. Prodromos recommended given the situation, surgery should be avoided. Five months later and a second MRI my ACL is now healthy and I'm ready to get back to playing competitive high school sports.

PRP really works!
I"ve had knee pain to the point that I no longer enjoyed walking and wanted some relief from the pain I tried PRP and had immediate relief. I would recommend this process to anyone. The procedure is not without some discomfort but the results are well worth it

From bone-on-bone to walking fine, no surgery neededq
I had one knee that was bone-on-bone and the other knee was missing some cartilage from a previous knee surgery. Dr. Prodromos was able to treat my knees without surgery by using Platelet Rich Plasma from my own blood. My blood never let the room while I was treated. I healed very quickly and have had no issues with my knees since then. I walk a minimum of 5 miles a day and have easily walked as much as 10 miles a day.

Dr Prodromos is highly recommended!
Dr. Prodromos has been a pleasure to work with. I had severe shoulder pain prior to coming to him and saw another doctor, physical therapists, and massage therapists. He is a good listener and tries to provide honest and clear explanations on the issue. I went ahead and got the PRP injection on my shoulder and at first didn't feel great but after 3 months, it has been a great success! He has been there during the whole process which was nice as well. I highly recommend him.

Truthful explanations
Dr. Prodromos was very honest with me in explaining my diagnosis, MRI results and treatment options which included the likelihood that some procedures may not work. How refreshing! For once, a physician didn't push an unnecessary treatment or an expensive procedure. I appreciated his expertise and the way in which he said that some of the options that he mentioned may or may not be effective.
He will take all of the time that you need to explain, discuss and address any and all questions.
I would highly recommend!

PRP injections very helpful
Dr Prodromos listened to my issues and addressed them in an honest manner. His suggestion to use PRP injections to help reduce my pain have increased my ability to get a good nights rest and have increased my overall quality of life.

Excellent at understanding and diagnosing how to eliminate pain.
Dr. Prodromos helped remove my knee pain for 4 years now. He identified the issues and treated quickly. He took the time to get to the bottom of the pain and reviewed ways to treat my pain. Very happy with results. The staff is friendly and attentive as well.

Bunions:Surgery Always?
Dr. Prodomos is the first orthopedic surgeon to tell me the truth about bunions. Surgery doesn't mean pain free Surgery doesn't always work. In my mind, bunion surgery is in its infancy stages and it's brutal. Dr. Prodomos is an innovative, cutting edge orthopedic surgeon, willing to think outside the box. He leaves no stone unturned before recommending surgery, unusual for a surgeon to say the least My toes are more flexible and straighter, without surgery! He communicates clearly and with compassion. I can't say enough positive things about him. He can never ever retire!

Great doctor! Pain relief! Thank God!
As my body ages and I get hurt from falls and silly injuries, I have been blessed with Dr. P's care. I have done several different PRP injections and they have helped my body to heal! Thank God! As a teacher, I am on my feet all day, so I can't have knee and ankle pain that cripples me.

Dr Prodromos has IMPROVED my
I have suffered from knee problems; The left was injured in High School athletics and caused pain whenever the barometric pressure changes. After seeing other practitioners over the past 45 years with no relief, my family doctor recommended PRP from Dr Prodromos. Five years after the last PRP has eliminated the pain from air pressure changes.
I have also used PRP by Dr, Prodromos for ailments to my shoulder (bone spur) and right knee (patella arthritis) showing definite pain and range of motion improvement.
I heartily recommend Dr Prodromos theory of practice as he starts with leasr invasive modalities ( gentle physical therapy) first.

Dr. Prodromos healed my right hip with one PRP injection
My issue back in Dec. of 2018 was restricted rotation of my right leg. The right hip also hurt real bad when rotating the right leg to the left or right. Chadwick suggested a PRP injection and this was done at his Glenview Ortgopaedic Center on Feb. 6th 2019. Yes, it hurt a little several hours after the injection, but I was able to drive to work the next day. One month later, I saw some improvements in rotation without pain. Six months later I was completely healed. Thank you very much for what you do, you are an amazing Doctor.

PRP fixed my Knee!
In less than three months I was diagnosed and treated and my knee which had me hobbling around in pain is now pain free and good to go..... I am back to enjoying my walks at lunch and hiking.

Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prodromas. I had the greatest confidence in him. I got a clear bill of hearth after two visits and may not have to see him again unless I do some strenuous jumping exercises which I have no intention of doing unless it is to avoid a dangerous situation. I would recommend Dr. Prodromos any time.

Tennis Elbow
Dr. Prodromos recommended laser treatments at the PT center. After just one treatment I could feel the difference. I have 5 scheduled. I have just finished my third treatment and can now use my right hand and arm without much pain. I have 2 more treatments schedule and cannot wait to see how much more my arm can improve. I highly recommend Dr. Prodromos and his non-surgical recommendations.

Positive, professional, slightly rushed
Dr Prodromos is a very professional, knowledgeable doc who was able to diagnose my knee issue quickly and accurately. He was able to provide recommendations and treatment in the context of my heavy workout regiment that have been effective so far. He provided a plethora of possible remedies and options to explore for my knee, but did not push more aggressive treatment without first trying less aggressive approaches. My only suggestion for Dr. P is to slow down a little bit while interacting with patients, but I also respect the fact that there are many patients to see.

PRP for painful knee successful

HIghly Recommended
After too many months of painful upper arm, finally made an appt. to get it checked out & really pleased that I followed my chiropractors rec to go to Dr. Prodromos. An x-ray taken on 1st day indicated issue, Dr. P. explained everything, answered questions, gave recommendation. After 3 weeks of physical therapy that occurred in office, (great experience)- my upper arm /shoulder felt considerably better Super glad I followed recommendation and was able to meet such an excellent Dr. Would definitely recommend, if you want a straight shooter Dr. and friendly, efficient staff.
