Minimal pain and quick recovery
Dr Uppal demonstrates years of knowledge and cares about making a resulting difference in his clients life. The consult consisted of taking a 3D photo, which Dr then targeted my problem area and showed me what the difference would look like and further made changes as I specified my needs. This made me feel more confident in going though with the procedure 100%

Extremely thorough and customer service driven
Dr. Uppal performed a thorough examination of my skin to determine the best approach. Ultimately, we decided on the Halo laser treatment. He spent almost 90 minutes in the consultation and is extremely knowledgable about everything. You can tell he knows his stuff. Mandee was also extremely helpful and gave me samples to try. I haven't had my procedure yet, but I'm optimistic for the results.

Going above and beyond customer service
Everyone here is very kind and patient. This office practices excellent customer service. They are honest and very knowledgeable. Dr.Uppal really cares about his patients, and takes extreme pride in his work by providing the best solution for what the patient wants done. As well as educating them.

my experience was easy and straight foward
the process was very quick. i was in the door before my appointment was supposed to start. they had ideas about what my skin could be suffering from and was willing to work on it right away. the doctor also took my financial state into consideration as i am a college student.
