Mammogram

This was my first mammo and it was quite easy. It was still uncomfortable but it's not like what other people say. Maria explained everything to me including a possible Ultrasound, being called back and when to expect results. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Such a friendly and outgoing staff. The decor and extra touches such as a warm robe was fantastic.

Made awkward experience far less painful

The warm ultrasound jelly was a nice touch! It was calm and easy exam. Was also very easy to make appointment and details of prep were explained clearly over the phone. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful staff

Brian, the mammo tech & the woman at recpetion (sorry, I only know Brian's name!) were all wonderful! There was a scheduling and script error and they were helpful & understanding while straightening everything out for us. Thanks everyone!!!

Good and Calming

I had a good experience. I came for an ultrasound and they took me for my appointment in good time. It was quiet, didn't really know what was going on, whereas my previous doctor had explained things to me. Although, it was calming and I was not worried or anything. Not really a fan of the survey though.

MRI tech was great

This is a review of the MRI technician as I have not seen Dr. Zarine Patel. I had an Abdomen and Pelvis MRI with and without contrast. The MRI tech was very nice, explained every step of the process clearly and asked if I needed anything throughout the process.

My first mammo here and it was great experience. The front reception people were a little confused but my technician Maria was very efficient and kind. She explained breast density and call back procedure very clearly. I will definitely be coming back here.
