Mastectomy reconstruction
It's hard to put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Wigod and his entire office staff for the entire process of my mastectomy. Dr. Wigod implanted a tissue expander surgically after the oncology surgeon removed my breast tissue. Dr. Wigod and his staff were so kind during the expansion process. Ultimately the expander was replaced with a silicone implant and the result is fabulous. Much more natural looking and feeling than I ever expected could be possible. I am a truly happy patient and would highly recommend Dr. Wigod

An ethical and talented surgeon
I had so many reservations going in to the surgery, but Dr. Wigod kept his calm demeanor and walked me through all of them. Dr. Wigod's staff were always kind and understanding, and each appointment went without a hitch. In the end, I am delighted with my results. The surgery center was a great experience, and everything was extremely well-organized and convenient. I highly recommend using Dr. Wigod. He has a great reputation among patients and physicians, and he always does the right thing for his patients.

So happy I decided on Dr. Wigod!
When I decided to explant my 10 year old implants, I did a ton of research and had multiple consultations. After all of that, I decided on Dr. Wigod for a few reasons..... he listened to my concerns, he answered all my questions honestly, and his pricing was reasonable. Once I scheduled surgery, they made everything so easy, and the staff there is amazing! The day of surgery, the nurse that was in with me was wonderful and made me feel at ease. All of my post surgery visits have been great and I am SO thrilled with my results!!! My incisions are beautiful, they are so smooth! I am now 3 weeks post op and have been doing awesome. I just want to thank Dr. Wigod and his entire staff for being so amazing!

Helped in a difficult situation
I had a really unique situation where I needed a facial gauge under my lip (labret) repaired due to dental issues. Dr. Wigod was highly recommended to me from other Plastic Surgeons who were not comfortable helping me. Dr. Wigod definitely knew I had a difficult situation but didn't turn me away and not only repaired my lip but also helped me feel confident and wholesome again. I couldn't thank him enough for helping me through this tricky situation and giving me a piece of my life back. I would highly recommend him for any difficult facial surgeries or concerns. Thanks!

Miracle worker....
Dr. Wigod... two words Miracle worker!! I had one collapsed saline breast implant, in addition to very thin skin which resulted in VERY low positioning of my old breast implants. Dr. Wigod was very detailed in educating me on the difficulty of the repairing, lifting and replacing of my implants to assure my breast would once again be in a natural position. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Wigod's staff is exceptionally sweet, caring and professional!

Exceptional Reconstruction
I had my right breast completely removed and was told by all my doctors that things wouldn't be even unless i removed both breasts. Not wanting to do that I took a chance and Dr. Wigod worked magic. My breasts look better than I could have imagined. Dr. Wigod is very meticulous with his patients and wants the best outcome for them. I would highly recommend him and his office. And if I ever need another plastic surgery he will be who I would be seeing.

Amazing..... Warm .... personal!

Great experience from start to finish!
Dr. Wigod was very upfront and honest about the results and options I had. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how non-nonsense he was about it. My results are even better than I had hoped, and I think that's in part to the very realistic expectations he helps set.

Great Experience
I love my new boobs, definitely a step up from sad mom boobs! I was surprised by the amount of appointments surrounding the surgery (pre and post op), but it shows Dr Wigod really cares about the outcome and recovery. I had friends that went else where and their doctors were unreachable for questions aftere the surgery. Dr Wigod's office really take care of you!

Excellent Doctor, Facility, and Staff
I went to Dr. Wigod following a bi-lateral mastectomy. Dr. Wigod and his staff are amazing. They listen, take the time to discuss your questions, and provide clear information and instructions. The facility itself is excellent as well.

He exceeded my expectations and gave me a new lease on life.
I received a breast lift and a mini tummy tuck July of 2018 and he exceeded my expectations. I had gone from a DD to a B cup. I am the same size as I was before surgery and they are no longer saggy. He's talented in working with your body's natural shape to give you the best results. He cares about your health and safety. He makes sure you are healthy enough before having surgery and keeps close tabs on you during recovery. He respects the kind of results you want for your body.

Very pleased with my new breasts!
Dr. Wigod was very thorough in his consultation, which is why I chose him to do my implants. I am very pleased with the outcome, as I had very saggy breasts and thought I needed a lift. They are awesome with only the implants, as Dr. Wigod advised. My incisions have healed really well, which was also a big concern of mine, because my skin usually scars badly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Wigod and his super friendly staff!

Bilat. capsulectomy with breast augmentation
Dr Wigod worked with me and was very informative about my contracture problem. He guided me on which new implants would have the best outcome for replacement. My old implants had been in for 27 years and the contractures made my breasts painful and deformed. He took his time in surgery and I'm sure had a very difficult time removing them. He replaced them and went a little bigger which at first I was leery about but I'm so glad he did! My breasts look PERFECT now and I couldn't be happier!

A wonderful and caring experience!
I came in to see Dr. Wigod with a fairly significant contracture affecting my right breast. He listened to my concerns and and helped me understand why contractures happen and how we could go about resolving the issue. Dr. Wigod provided me with options and clearly laid out what I could expect.
In February Dr. Wigod did the revision and six weeks later it was the best decision I made. I couldn't be happier, and this being my second revision, the results are beautiful. Thank you!

Mastectomy reconstruction

Kind and Professional

Not only was he incredibly meticulous, he was patient and willing to listen to me so that we could achieve together my desired result (which we attained!! :)).
