I am new to FL, and saw Dr. Trope to become an established patient, After listening to my symptom history and the diagnosis I had previously been given, he immediately saw that it was incorrect. He thought I probably had SIBO, and sent me home with a breath test. My results were overwhelmingly positive for SIBO. He Explained the treatment plan thoroughly and started me on a several-month regimen to help eliminate the bacterial overgrowth. I am now 3 weeks into the protocol and have lost 10 lbs and am really starting to see some results. It’s still a long road, but Dr. Trope is well-versed in the latest research and treatments for this problem. I highly recommend him!
