Dr. Blackhart received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Medicine in 1986. He completed his internship at UCLA, San Fernando Valley and his Dermatology residency at UCLA Division of Dermatology in Los Angeles.
Dr. Blackhart is experienced in all aspects of dermatology. He recommends regular inspections for changes in the skin and sun avoidance to reduce the risk of skin cancers.
