Outstanding experience with Dr. Mack and staff
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mack. I am thrilled with the results of my eyelid surgery. His staff is outstanding.

Great Experience!
Was referred by USF Eye Physician to have a cyst removed from gland. Spoke with other local eye physicians who also thought highly of Dr. Mack. He lived up to his reputation! He walked me through every step and explained everything so I would be comfortable with the procedure. The follow up was just as good. He really took his time with me to make sure he answered all of my questions. His staff was also incredible. From the person at the front desk to his clinical staff. All were super friendly and knowledgeable!

Excellent!!! From beginning to end a superb job!
Dr. Mack is an artist. He was calm, cool, professional and gifted. I was referred to him by two other doctors that said they could not do the procedure I needed. He not only did the surgery, but did it well. My vision is no longer blocked by excess eyelid skin and the overall cosmetic effect is dramatic. I hit a home run by using this doctor.

young once again - I look more like I feel
always professional and courteous. Sometimes a little bit of a wait so I brought work or reading. After stitches came out, one loose one was left and they fit me in at my convenience. I liked Dr. Mack and his staff.

Excellent eye surgeon who gave me amazing results!!
I have an eye condition that requires periodic surgery on my eyelids. This was my first experience with Dr. William Mack. It was an excellent experience with amazing results. I recommend him highly. He is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful human being!

Exceptional pre and post operation care
Dr. Mack was selected for his expertise in eyelid surgery. He was recommended as the best in this field in the Tampa Bay area. His surgery center including all staff was very personable and friendly. The pre-operation preparation was exceptional as well as the post operation follow up. I saw Dr. Mack serveral times after my surgery and he and his staff answered any questions I had.

Best experience ever! Life Changing! Upper Blephraplasty
It took me quite some time to decide to have eyelid surgery because I was so scared. I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Dr. Mack has exceeded my expectations. My eyes look amazing. What I love most about Dr. Mack is his natural approach. My eyes look young and rejuvinated. Some doctors remove too much of the necessary fat, which is what make eyes youthful. Dr. Mack preserves it. I have never been happier. When I look in the mirror, I look 10 years younger. Now, I can't wait to do my lower eyelids. I'm wishing I would have done them together. I wouldn't trust anyone else for this surgery. I have full confidence in Dr. Mack and am thankful I chose him.

A superb surgeon doing beautiful eyelid lifts with a most professional and courteous staff.
Dr. Mack has done 2 eyelid lifts within a 3 yr. period and both experiences have been excellent. His surgeon skills are evident in the results I have experienced. I recommend anyone to trust his professionalism, skill and results with any procedure he does. His staff is professional, welcoming and proficient.

I am so pleased with my decision to come to the Mack Center for upper and lower eye surgery. The entire experience was as I hoped it would be, with tremendous results. I also added a little juvederm filler around my mouth, because I was going to go for it!

First Class Experience!
My experience was one of a basal cell nodule near my eye having to be removed by my normal dermatologist. Because of my profession of appearing in front of film and TV cameras, I needed to have the resulting excision closed up in a very professional manner, and my doctor referred me to the best cosmetic surgeon he could think of to do a closing to that quality. I was referred to Dr. Mack and it has turned out to be an excellent referral. Every interaction, from the actual operation itself to all of the follow-up visits, have been exceptional, friendly and very professional. His office is highly efficient and caring. Overall, a first class experience!

I couldn't be more satisfied!
My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door at Dr. Mack's warm welcoming office by his kind staff all the way through surgery and my follow up appointment with Dr. Mack went smoothly. Additionally, I couldn't be more pleased with the fine work Dr. Mack has done. My eyes are not yet completely healed, but already look brighter and younger than before. I am so very pleased!

Office Visit with Dr Mack
I have been a patient of Dr. Mack since May 25, 2011 . Dr Mack and his staff has always been courteous and professional each visit. The constant reassurance helps me to relax and not to be nervous when I receive treatment. Dr. Mack and his staff are consistantly courteous and professional whenever you contact the office to make an appointment or to obtain information about your treatment.

Best experience ever!

Wonderful care - excellent results - attentive staff
Dr. Mack is the talented caring surgeon my eye doctor and my friends recommended. His willingness to listen and answer all my questions reassured me as this was my first surgery under anesthesia. The office provided detailed instructions for home care which I followed. Recuperation was made easier and the homeopathic remedy Dr Mack suggested improved my healing, lessened swelling and bruising. I can see so much more clearly - a more panoramic view and more light.

Dr. Mack spent time with me explaining the procedure he needed to perform removing a cyst from my lower eyelid. He is so kind and compassionate and caring enough to even make sure he saved my eyelashes! He is amazing!

Eye Lid Surgery

I love my NEW Eye Lids....as well as Dr. Mack and his staff
Dr. Mack was amazing from start to finish. His staff was available to answer all my pre and post operation questions. I have to admit the end result has exceeded all my expectations. The surgery not only improved my appearance it improved my peripheral vision. I would do it all again and recommend you take the time to consult with Dr. Mack regarding eye lid surgery!

My eyes are the Cat's Meow!!
I am more that ecstatic with the results and experience I have had with Dr. Mack and his entire team! Not only has my vision improved, but I look twenty years younger as well. My eyelids were extremely droopy and unattractive, but now are defined and fresh. No more looking like I just pulled an "all nighter"! I personally know six others who have had the same procedure and results as myself, and would also highly recommend the Mack Center. Five stars all the way!

Hands Down..He's the Best!
Dr. Mack has done 4 procedures for me. Two were elective cosmetic procedures and the other 2 were cancer places near my eyes, that I had to have removed.
The professionalism, yet comfort level is like no other MD I have ever experienced. Not only is he a fabulous doctor but he has an awesome staff, and the surgery center he uses was amazing!
He spends time with you in the office, and isn't just in and out. Most importantly, he does excellent work! I was very nervous getting any work done that involved my face, and after seeing (or should I say not seeing) the results, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
