I've been seeing Dr. Mack for over 10 years for cosmetic procedures. He and his staff are always professional, informative. Recommend highly!

I was referred to Dr. Mack by my Eye Doctor after an eye exam revealed that my vision had deteriorated to the point that 20/20 could not be restored due to my extremely heavy eyelids. Dr. Mack & staff were so friendly and helpful to explain the appropriate procedure. Within just the first week after the surgery, I can already see a marked improvement in my vision! The side benefit: I look 20 years younger! I would and already have recommended Dr. Mack to my friends and colleagues.

Dr. Mack was awesome! I had a growth on my eyelid and I was afraid if removed my lashes would never grow back out again. Dr Mack took his time to answer my questions and actually cared about my main concern which was keeping as many lashes as he could. After my follow up, my eye lashes were actually growing back and my eye lid looks great. I received great care and attention and will come back.

From my first appointment to my final, Dr. Mack was there holding my hand explaining the process and my healing. My wife has wanted me to come to Dr. Mack for years, after several other friends had visited his office with fantastic results, I finally broke down and made the appointment. I was very happy I did!

The office staff and doctor are friendly and efficient. Always willing to respond to any questions or concerns. The surgery was quick and painless and healed quickly. My eye sight was improved immediately. As a bonus, it made me look younger.

Before blepharoplasty surgery, I felt and looked very tired or mad. My children would often ask me if something was wrong on a daily basis. It has been 3 months since my surgery and I am very happy with the results. Because the surgery was such a success, I am upset with myself that I did not do this years ago when my Ophthalmologist first told me about Dr William Mack. He is very professional and talented. I had 2 plastic surgeons tell me I needed a forehead lift when I have a hereditary condition where my eyelids were getting wrinkly and saggy...I've had other girlfriends who have been told the same....that's b/c most plastics drs don't have the experience to take care of what really needs help! Dr. Mack is amazing...I continue to get Botox and Juvaderm there. After my eyelid surgery and 1st Botox/Juva treatment, my best friend of 20 years didn't even know - she just kept saying how amazing I looked! Less is best...and this is Dr. Mack's philosophy. I also use Marcia for my skin - I had melasma (brown spots) from too much sun exposure and other treatments I(IPL, micro, Jessner) were not getting to it...nothing really resolved it. I stuck with Marica's treatment for 6 months using Obagi plus a more intense peel and my skin looks so much better. Her facial is about 2/3rds the price of other facials I've received in the past and hers is THE BEST I've ever had. If you think your eyelids are the problem and are being told to get a forehead lift, go see Dr. Mack. He does both but does only what's needed. I think i look like I did ten years ago and feel it, too.
