Dr. Rhee is very professional. He took his time and assessed my problem and took care of the problem without hesitation. He explained the how, why and cause of the problem and didn’t leave me in the dark. He made sure I completely understood what he was saying before discharging me.

Cannot find even one element of the medical care experience that is anything but exemplary.
This office protocol, from telephone registration, through to receiving a detailed print-out at check-out, is a model of the proper way for medical care to be administered and provided. I cannot think of one element of the overall experience that I would alter in any way. Efficient, thoughtful and extremely cordial behaviour by every office person---administrative or medical...Dr. Rhee and Audiologist Ms. Martinez merit special attention here. This office should be a model for other medical businesses to follow.

My visit was excellent. The front desk staff was very efficient and I was addressed right away. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online in their portal which saved time. Portal also was very easy to complete.
