They had been lifesavers. They are the BEST!!

During my visit today the front desk receptionist kristy (I think) came into the room where I do the counseling to ask the counselor for a house key or something. I felt that was very unprofessional and could have waited until I was out of the room. The receptionist is always discussing her personal matters at the front and a lot of times when she isn't dicussing personal matters it means shes not at her desk. I thought the front desk job was to stay at the front desk but i guess not. Other than that the Doctor is Amazing and the Counselors are amazing. They offer a wide range of in office testing to make sure the treatment they give you will not only work but help you in the long run. I will be recommending this place to everyone who ask about pain management.

From my first meeting Dr Odem, I felt like he is truly wanting to help me. Ive had bad experiences with Orthopedic Dr.s just wanting to inject my back, nerve blocks, epidurals and traction.

Having been in pain management for 20+ year i would recommend this clinic over any others i have ever been to. They are thorough, have excellent care and willingness to listen.

When I came to Kroll Care I was in need of certian information about things and I got that the day I came in and met Dr. Kroll. He was very through and through about letting me know how things work at his clinic. If your gonna try to pull a fast one for whatever reason this is not the place. They are the real deal and do things the way they should be done. The staff is super friendly and have gone out of thier way more than once to help me get things done. The front desk is very good about helping you get the appointment times that best work for you and your schedule. I dont really care for the 21 day routine (only because I travel alot for work) But i understand it because it helps keep a closer eye on your treatment plan. This place has more than just prescription medication to offer. They help you by many other means of treatment. I can really say that this place is not a pill mill and goes above and beyond what they are required to do. I highly recommend This clinic. Give it a try

I've been going to pain clinics since 2002 and I must say this is the best! Kristina, Karen, Kristi, Melissa, and Larry are the best!!! From the first visit on, they create a personal care plan for each patient. I was and am so impressed! I recommend this clinic to everyone. The care and support you get here is phenomenal. They make sure your medication is appropriate for your individual care. Also, being able to get injections is really wonderful. So many clinics are only concerned with basic prescribing, and can sometimes over medicate. Having the options to add injections really improves the overall care. I only wish I had known about this clinic years ago!

I have been coming here for over 2 years and actually look forward to my visits. Counseling, chiropratic work, medical....all of the staff are truly wonderful and so caring. The office is beautifully decorated and clean. It's a spa experience.

I have been coming to this clinic for years and I love them. When I say God puts people on this earth for a reason he put them here to help us. Dr. Odem is one of the most caring doctors I've had in a long time. He will sing and/or pray with you if you ask him to and he actually listens to every word you say. I would recommend anyone to come see him. I live over an hour away and will not be leaving. The rest of the staff is super friendly and try their hardest to make you feel welcomed. Dr. Kroll has hired a wonderful staff to work at his clinic.
