I was very pleased with my visit
Dr Richter took the time to talk to me and addressed my concerns with regard to my eyes. He answered my questions and scheduled a follow up visit just to make sure that I wasn’t experiencing anything that might affect my vision.

Nice experience, clean office

Thorough, professional and cordial!
Office staff are friendly and efficient but the service is dreadful! It was necessary to call numerous times and wait up to 20 min for help!
After requesting an appointment we were told the office would call! They never received the message! So unreliable that we’d prefer to go in person to cancel & reschedule!

My experience with dr. Richter is always a positive one.
Isn’t this the same question as above expressed differently?
Exceptional doctor in my opinion. Very thorough. Listens to everything I ask. Never in a rush.
