great costumer service
Dr Porter give me alot of support to feel secure explained me every thing he was doing on me so i can feel more calm and now whats going , the nurses were extremly helpful traducing and givig me more info and peter also was so awesome , attentive , quick and helpful. thank you so much guys . very friendly staff

The office, staff and Dr. Porter are excellent!!
I was a little concerned before my first appt. after reading a few reviews from 2017, stating the chairs were uncomfortable, the staff was rude and inefficient, the wait time was crazy long. I have to change that perception right now, as my experience was the complete opposite. The office is lovely, the chairs are now super comfortable and I understand cost a pretty penny to change, the staff was so caring and efficient, and I personally had very little wait time. Dr. Porter is exceptional in his manner, honesty, his willingness to answer all your questions and never feel rushed in doing so. I trust him and feel that his expertise in his field is stellar.

always pleasant. He is willing to address any concerns I have and answer all my questions. I feel he is very qualified in his field of pain management. He has through his treatment plans for me completely changed the quality of my life. It has greatly improved. Much less pain, migraines, neck and lower back pain. I only wish I would of found Dr. Porter 15yrs ago.

Best in the area
While other providers charge outrageous costs for treatment Dr Porter's Practice is very reasonable and him & his wonderful staff really cares about their patients. Then the procedure rooms have the coolest music which helps a lot with relaxing and distracting us patients while he is working his magic to make us feel.
The only thing I would suggest is to provide a coffee or hot cocoa (Keurig machine) in the waiting room since some times the waiting time to go in for the procedure could take longer than usual. Thank you!

I've got my life back!
I waited seven years to get surgery. Dr. Porter knew my name and who I was every time. He fought hard for me for my workers comp. After surgery I had feeling in my left leg after seven years. The office staff and hazel went above and beyond to make sure i got this surgery done. My life was miserable constant dehabilitating pain and now I'm a normal man! My father was a phyisician my sister is a OBGYN and my brother a respiratory therapist. I dont like people in the medical profession but i enjoy my visits at Dr. Porters office, I am human and not a chart.

Great- Getting better each time I come
Today I only waited for 5 minutes in the lobby and they took me right back, I use to have to wait for hours so this was amazing. Dr. Porter also takes the time to listen and make sure everything is ok. Dr. Porter has helped diagnose my problems so well and even did research to try to help me. I am so thankful for everything he him and the staff have done for me. I didn't have a life before because of the pain and because of them I npw can get out and join in activities with my children and family.
