PA Broughton and her staff are absolutely AMAZING!
The care taken by the provider is beyond expectation. She listens and addresses concerns so thoroughly. Her staff, from the front desk to the bedside nurses/assistants go beyond to make you feel comfortable and address all concerns.

Always a good experience

Thorough and professional
I came in here with a burn scar that I didn't think I can get rid of. There was already progress within the first month of treatment. The doctor was clear in her vision on what she will do. From the reception, to the nurse and doctor, everyone was professional, kind and efficient. Side note, the doctor also noticed that my insurance had a high premium so she took an extra step to make sure that I got the medication and treatment I needed without breaking the bank. Much appreciated and I recommend Downtown Brooklyn Dermatology. Thank you
