There is too much online participation required. I had to schedule my appt online and was not able to do this on the phone. Would prefer a more personal system

I have never had such a terrible experience with a provider. I liked my doctor, but would not suggest SightMD to anyone. I had a few very simple questions for the doctor, and unfortunately SightMD has all calls forwarded to a call center. From there, they leave a message for you - then, you get a call back from someone who will put you in touch with a medical technician (just goes to voicemail) and then eventually the doctor will call you back. It took me two hours during 3 business days (during regular business hours) to get in touch with my physician. I strongly caution anyone considering going to SightMD to go elsewhere. Their employees are great but their systems are not patient-first whatsoever and make any experience a nightmare.
