My experience with Dr, Browne over the 19 years I have been coming to her have always been positive and we have been friends for all this time. The only negative thing is the long waiting time even with an appointment.

There are many reasons why I love coming to my appointments. I really love that you can check in over the phone but mostly that they are honest with you and advise you if you can arrive earlier, on time or a little bit later depending on how the day is going for them. The front staff is very friendly and informative. The nurses are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, professionally. Dr. Charmaine Browne is very nice and actually takes the time to answer every question you may have in a very professional way but also in a language that is more common to us. I love that she educates you on the reason for your visit without making you feel gullible. I highly recommend her and her staff to everyone.
