You don’t see it very often that the whole center id well tuned like here, starting from the receptionist , through the circle and ending with the receptionist again: all runs smoothly and quickly.

I felt like Dr. Davis-Lorton listened carefully and didn't minimize my medical issue. Even though it is a minor ailment, he acknowledged the daily nuisance it could be, suggested remedies and follow-up if necessary.

The doctor and the staff was fine,
Staff and doctor was fine but i got lost going to the office. The ENT main number was not helpful as I had a long wait to speak to someone and they did not know how to help me. Finally they patched me to the office to get more travel instructions.

A place and people you feel you can trust
I start with the reception where i was immediately directed to a waiting room and after just two minutes i was called up by the nurse. Truly pleasant lady: all went with no pain. I was placed again in the waiting room fot the medicine to take effect, was called again and inspected by the same lady. The doctor cane after a shot while and thoroughly explained my case, all was perfectly carried out.

Dr. Davis-Lorton really knows what's going on!
After all of my allergy tests came up completely negative Dr. Davis-Lorton proceeded to dig deeper to try and find the source of my problem and recommend a course of action to rectify it. He duly noted my distinctive English accent and expressed interest in my personal life and what brought me to the USA 34 years ago. He was surprised, or "gobsmacked" as we say back in England, by the amount of copay I was charged for the prescription drug that I was taking to, hopefully, eliminate my problem and is taking steps to try and get it lowered. Overall I was very impressed by this doctor and was happy we had interacted!

Finally solved a problem I've had throughout my entire 27 years of life and it took him two (2) visits
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lorton. I came in and threw all my chronic-allergy-related problems at him and he responded with compassion and a thorough knowledge of the literature. He is willing to meet your own knowledge where it's at, and he checks in regularly to make sure you feel you're being heard and responded to by your medical providers.
Additionally, he never washed his hands of the matter - every new solution we tried, he always reassured me that there were other options up next if this one didn't work. He was very focused on ensuring that I felt better, and reiterated several times that his job is to help patients feel better (as opposed to diagnosing and solving every tiny problem).
He's just great and I absolutely recommend him to my chronically ill friends any time I'm asked.
