Long first visit
The initial wait exceeded 1.5hrs after arrival 30 min before scheduled appt time. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly, and it was a pleasant visit.

What you want in an ortheopedist
Knows his stuff and can explain it to you so you understand your injury. Easy to talk to (he listens). His staff is friendly and work to make sure that you are taken care of as quickly as possible. This is important if your back is hurting and you don't feel like sitting for very long. He will take care of you!
