Dr. Chappuis Staff is AMAZING!
They are patient and kind. They listen to your needs. You never feel rushed and they always offer something else to make you feel comfortable. They offer options and give you a chance to research before you make a decision. The staff always have a smile on their faces because they love their job and their patients. Definitely an A+ facility

The staff has been excellent and the Doctor Petilon took the time to explain everything to me. He also gave me sufficient time to decide on my treatment options considering there were difficult decisions to be made.

My experience was very brief
I was seen by Dr.Petilon. The visit was very brief. I'm still unclear as to what my diagnosis is or was. Also, I don't have a clear prognosis as to my treatment going forward

Overall i think im being treated fine. Only thing is the epidural injection sight was punctured too much to the point of involuntary movement of my right arm,the dr thought it was me and i said no,and then he looks to see if nhe's in the right area. Other than that irritation and no receiving massage therapy at PT,everything else seems to be fine.

The experience was and is always great!
Dr. Chappuis is always nice, pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding. His staff is wonderful and openly welcoming. I haven't been coming here long, but I feel like everyone takes the extra time to try to connect and be as helpful as possible. Thank you all for a wonderful experience every time.
