I plan to get on a great work out time 3/4 days. 3 days a week would work
Dr Hennigan gives me great workout advice that I can do to help my lupus. So come Monday I am Going to need to get a buddy to work out with. That we go as a pair. So that theirs no miss understanding we need to have great hard core work to be done. Taking care of myself is the key! I hope to shed some weight & that would be awesome!
