Wonderful staff and customer service!
I have been exceptionally pleased with Dr. Malone and his staff. I came to the office to see about a varicose vein that had started to bother me. The staff was wonderful in explaining to me what treatment would be needed and made sure I had a clear understanding of the procedure(s). Dr. Malone's staff was both professional and friendly and provided some of the best customer service. I am very pleased with my results ans would highly recommend Dr. Malone to others.

I wasn’t sure at first but after they spent 3 hours with me and then my second visit with Dr. Malone I was sure I was in the right place I felt comfortable Dr. Malone takes out the time with you to explain every detail about your situation and surgeries if needed etc. I appreciate you and your staff. Thorough and efficient
The team clearly explained each steo, (evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, billing,)of the entire process. This was then carried out as described, billed as described, followed up on time and as explained.
My legs now feel as they did when I competed 8-10 years ago.

Excellent Care! Highly Recommend
I loved my experience with Dr Malone and staff. I was able to be seen quickly, have my procedure scheduled and the entire staff has gone out of their way to be supportive, kind, and answer questions. I've only been in the office a few times yet they treat me like an old friend. And my procedure has gone so well. I'm beyond pleased. It's been a pleasure to be treated by Athens Vein and Thoracic Specialists!

Dr Moran and his team were so kind and helpful
I had to have three veins removed and the procedures were quick and easy and not painful. The team was so kind and supportive. I love this office! Great work everyone. Don't wait to get this work done. My legs look SO much better!

Awesome physician & amazing staff!
Dr. Malone is very thorough and professional. His staff is very comparing and personal as well.
Kelly G, cosmetic nurse, has sweet skills with Botox. Her evaluations are detailed and professional.

Helpful and efficient!
I came to Dr Malone's office to find relief from pain in my legs and had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful and Dr. Malone took a lot of time to speak with me and answer qustions.

The Staff at Dr. Malone's office is efficient, friendly, knowledgable,patient, overall just the best medical staff I have ever dealt with. They endeavor to keep the flow off the office and appointments running smoothly with a smile on their faces.
Dr. Malone is willing to spend time explaining your condition and the procedure with you so you understand what will be happening. He is a very comfortable person to be around, so the entire experience is satisfactory

Wonderful Physician and Staff
Was recommended to Dr. Chris Malone and once I got to the appointment I completely understand why he was thought of so highly. Appointment are ON-Time and his staff is friendly and even remembered who I was at each visit. Would highly recommend Dr. Malone and his office for anyone needing vein services. Great medical experience, from doctors to nurses are very friendly, recommend people with varicose veins to come here for treatment.
I did varicose vein treatment on two legs at Dr. Malon. There is almost no pain in the treatment by injection of drugs without surgery, without taking medicine, and can walk immediately after the operation without affecting normal life.

i was beyond pleased with Dr. Malone and my time with him.
From the first time I visited Athens Vein and Thoracic Specialists in June, I have been very impressed with the entire staff in this practice. Each staff member i came in contact with was friendly, professional, and informative about everything they did. I went away from each visit knowledgeable and confident in the information that was shared with me and understood everything that was done or would be done in future appointments. I am so happy to be using AV&TS for my medical needs and am very grateful for Dr. Malone and the entire staff.
