Very helpful with getting us pregnant and informing us on what was needed to get pregnant.

Fantastic experience

He's cleary an experienced doctor and we definitely trusted him throughout this process.
We didn't have any bad experiences with Dr. Moffitt. He's clearly educated and experienced and was thorough in his explanations to any questions or doubts that we had.
The only concerns we had was in dealing with the staff around Dr. Moffitt. We have been disrespected and on several occasions kept out of the loop. I know this was due in part to Gail's unexpected departure but eveything before and after that has still left us scratching our heads and wondering why such a prestigious clinic that comes highly awarded and recommended can allow unprofessional discourteous staff to deal with patients. If patients are spending anywhere from 10-20+ thousands to build a family, you would think it comes with an experience that matches the price tag. Again, Dr. Moffitt was exactly the doctor we need to build our family. But, if i didn't completely trust him and already have my other embryos with his labratory, I would've left months ago to another clinic where we would be respected by the staff.

Great overall experience
Dr. Moffitt was very honest and straightforward and we appreciated that about him. He stays up to date on the most recent studies and research and is open to incorporating other methods (acupuncture) as well. I always felt he was providing us with the most up to date information and he is very knowledgeable. He's a bit quiet, but not negative. The nurses and medical assistants are all very pleasant and supportive.

Ive never felt like I was in better hands with someone that is so trustworthy
Going through the IVF expeirence is scary, but Dr. Moffitt along with his entire team made sure that there was no doubt that we were doing the correct thing. I've never gone through an experience with a medical provider that has ever taken the time to call me on their own time to make sure i was doing okay physically along with mentally regarding our IVF process. If I had any questions at all I knew i could reach out to the team and i would hear back from someone by the end of the day no matter what! I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Mofitt and his team.

Wonderful overall experience with ARMS
They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. If I had to do this all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. The clinic definitely made me feel like family.

Incredibly knowledgeable and patient with question and clarifications.
Many of the initial interactions were overwhelming and a bit stressful- because we were excited we let ourselves be convinced to try and rush things along and that is not appropriate for the amount of information and the number of procedures that need to be accomplished. The informational videos were very helpful but were not made aware of those until after we had started signing much of the paperwork.
I our initial impression of how often we would need to travel to Phoenix was not accurate to our experience; although there are some things we could accomplish from out of state, there were several small trips we needed to make (these are events outside of the time we spent here for retrieval and transfer) that we had not anticipated.
With those critiques out of the way, we are very happy with our experience. We are confident in Dr. Moffitt's approach and knowledge. Big shout out to Holly and Liz for their wonderful spirit, knowledge, thoughtful explanations, and overall goodness.

Success Three Times in a Row
After almost a decade of failed IUI and IVF attempts with other doctors, Dr. Moffitt at ARMS has helped us finally have the family we always dreamed of. We have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and a 9 month old all as a result of his expertise, and we are hopeful to try for one more. Dr. Moffitt knows what he’s doing!
