Outstanding Doctor
The eyes are one of the most valuable gifts God can give you, and Dr Rugwani is the only one I would entrust this valuable gift to. His care, concern, and dedication to the good health of my eyes is unlike any other doctor I have experienced; in fact he is the only doctor I would entrust with the care of my eyes. Throughout my many years of being under his great care my eyes have been and are in great shape. The staff are some of the most loving, caring medical staff personal I have experienced. He is the most valuable doctor I have in my life now.

Excellent doctor
I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr Rugwani successfully placed lenses in my eyes. I have 20/20 vision today and would have Dr. Rugwani do it again.

Excellent!!
Dr Rugwani is the best eye doctor in Ellis County. He takes time to explain the problem & the procedures he recommends. He is friendly & funny (especially in the operating room. He is serious about his job to help his patients but at the same time makes you feel very comfortable. I had 2 implant surgeries and from start to finish he was there! Very attentive, called to check on me the afternoon of surgery. I am so glad that I walked into his office that day. Three months after surgery I can see & drive without glasses now. Looking for the best? Come check out Dr Rugwani & his staff... They are the best!

Thrilled with results

He listens to me and answers my questions, in layman's terms so that I understand what he's telling me. The staff is super friendly, helpful and efficient! My husband and I have been seeing him for many years, 10+ years, and wouldn't think of going to any other doctor for our eyes. Sometimes wait times can be longer than normal due to patient needs

Absolutely Trust With My Eyes!
I came to Dr. Rugwani due to a medical condition and was extremely nervous and quite scared! Dr. Rugwani and his staff calmed my fears and clearly explained everything to me. Even when I needed surgery for my vision, I was completely reassured of the surgical and recuperatory process. My eyesight is extremely precious to me and I wouldn't trust just anyone to treat my eyes. I COMPLETELY TRUST Dr. Rugwani and his staff!!!

Excellent results from cataract surgery
Dr. Rugwani is unfailingly upbeat and efficient as he manages my eyecare. His staff are polite, pleasant and helpful in providing the support services of the various eye tests available in Dr. Rugwani's practice. A good friend recommended Dr. Rugwani to me and I can confidently continue to pass along a glowing recommendation of my own!

Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Rugwani for over 9 years. We trust him with all our eyecare needs. He is very thorough with his examinations and just a caring doctor. We appreciate all he has done for our family and will stay with him until he stops practicing! :) We also appreciate his office staff. They are nice and welcoming!

Came to Dr. Rugwani on the recommendation of another doc...and have never considered anyone else! In fact, signed up my mom, my dad, my husband....wish he would take my puppies too!
