Hole in eardrum
I had recurrent ear infections on one side and the doctor found that I had a hole in my ear. He prescribed drops, and followed up to make sure the infection cleared. Then they scheduled me to meet with the ear surgeon about potentially patching up the whole. I got in within a week each time and the wait time after checking in was less than 5 minutes.

Seen promptly
I called for an appointment and was seen quickly by Dr Fitzgerald who listened clearly to my problem and diagnosed me properly. He and his RN Julie were thoughtful and listened well and answered my questions. Very approachable as well! Seen for follow up which was also a very good experience with active listening from the provider. I would highly recommend

I’m thankful for my appointment with Dr. Fitzgerald!
Thankful for having my 2nd opinion with Dr. Fitzgerald especially finding out he’s known as the ‘dizzy doctor’! He prescribed me a medication and recommended an over the counter medication which I already started taking both. I’m praying this helps and looking forward to my follow up visit! Everyone at this office was very nice, professional, and the wait time was amazing and fast. THANK YOU!

Quick, understood the problem immediately.
Every few years I have ear problems and Dr. Fitzgerald always comes through with those capsules of powder that heals my awful ears. Hes clearly a very experienced otolaryngologist

Thorough explanation of diagnosis
I’ve had multiple visits with Dr. Fitzgerald and I’ve always felt like all my questions were answered. The wait is always less than 20 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Fitzgerald to others.

Dr. Fitzgerald asked about my progress during the last month. Then he determined an appropriate modification in my medicines. He took the time to answer some questions that I had prepared in advance to ask him. I appreciated that very much.

Wonderful doctor the office was able to get me in the same and help me with my problem

His time was very brief - confirming what the assessment provided & confirmed I’m interested in heading aids.
I felt the audiologist (Molly) was excellent - she knew her stuff and did a thorough job with my hearing test and reviewing the results/report.
Dr. Fitzgerald spent very little time with me. He looked in each ear and shared the report which Molly had gone over. He asked if I was interested in hearing aids and said his people would set up a fitting/session.
One other item was front desk gave me the ‘novel’ of forms to complete when I had already done the pre-appointment forms in My Chart. They were voluminous and redundant.

Excellent visit
I’ve been struggling with fluid in my right ear that had decreased my ability to hear on the right side. His diagnosis was accurate and the problem has been eliminated. I come back in 4 months as a follow up.
