Dr. Fitzgerald seemed very knowledgeable about my tinnitus.

I came for another opinion after my specialist moved away that I saw at the University Of Penn. I found the staff from the valet parking all the way to my Dr. Fitzgerald My husband and I found to be extremely friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Fitzgerald was very knowledgeable. His experience was very helpful and I felt comfortable with all explanations of my issue and my next steps. He and his staff and nurse Julie went out of their way to get answers for me and appointments scheduled in a timely manner and made me feel safe in an environment that can be very scary and overwhelming when dealing with my medical issues for that I am very thankful to all of them. Keep up the great work.

Man of few words
He seems knowledgeable and experienced. He doesn’t explain very much of what he is doing, he just gets down to it. Gives somewhat vague descriptions and explanations. However, he didn’t hesitate with the treatment, he knew what the next step was and implemented it rapidly. The nurse Julie was very helpful and sweet and addressed any concerns we had right away.

Dr Fitzgerald and Julie make a wonderful team together
He always take time to here your concern and answer any questions I may have also his nurse Julie is very helpful and know how to treat me as a patient.
The checkout process is not professional. The ladies at the checkout is always talking to their coworkers instead of doing their and checking patient out and that's a problem when patient has to wait. So I go and ask is someone is checking out and the ladies said to me you had to be call up. I've personally don't have time to time to wait until they get finished talking to talk me up
