It was an excellent experience. Dr. Fitzgerald took the time to listen. He had me go through a series of hearing test and gave me the results immediately.
Everyone in the office was friendly as well.

Dr. Fitzgerald and Julie were very pleasant.
I was very nervous for this visit for some reason. Julie was very nice and helpful and when Dr Fitzgerald came in his “bedside manner” complimented it. They worked as a really good team. And I was in and out very quickly, yet I did not feel rushed.

Very good. I understood what he thinks the issue is. He removed some residue from my ear drum and recommended MRI. I feel much better.
