Very comforting
Really nervous about my 13 yr old Daughters hearing. Dr. Massengill and the young lady that performed her hearing test made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Thankfully her hearing is perfect.

Took the time to understand my complex health concerns
Dr Massengill listened to my concerns about how other health issues may or may not be impacting the areas that he specializes in. Having a physician who will think holistically instead of having tunnel vision for their specialty is so important as you age.

Dr. Massengill is very nice and professional.
The only ENT I trust is Dr. Massengill, he’s the best. He is very patient with me, especially since I have an ear phobia and I don’t like people touching my ears. He also explains everything in detail, and makes sure I understand what’s going on.

I would recommend ENT and Allergy. The staff are professional.
I had no wait for my appointment. The facility was clean and you could sense covid safe practices were in effect. The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. Kristin and Dr. Massengil were very friendly and took their time explaining the results of my exam. It was a very pleasurable experience.

A calm, comfortable, informative, and reassuring visit.
Dr. Massengill asked me about health problems unrelated to the reason for my visit, based solely on the medications I was taking. As a fellow veteran, he spent time asking about my military history and sharing details of his own. He listened to my symptoms and connected that information with the results of his exam to give me a probable cause and put my mind at ease. My wife has been a patient of his for years, and both of us would recommend Dr. Massengill for all of your ENT needs, and beyond.
