A Doctor I Can Trust
I’m a new patient of Dr Ephrat, and I really appreciate him sitting down with me and explaining my condition to me, and giving me multiple treatment options. He’s professional, but he’s friendly. One thing about doctors is you want to feel comfortable having them treat you, and I felt so comfortable in his office. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment and my follow up with him!

Follows Covid rules, on time, clear explanations.
Dr. Ephrat examined both ears, then told me what had to be done.
He then went ahead to do the proceedure. I then had the hearing test. I then saw the Dr. again for the result. He said that I had some upper range loss.
Dr. suggested that I consider hearing aids; I thought about it on the way home and I'm not ready to do that. I don/t feel that I'm missing out on daily sounds. I like the Dr. Ephrat and will continue keeping my appointments.

Dr. Ephrat and his staff are great. This was not my first time seeing him and I will continue to see him as long as he is in practice. He is not just quick to prescribe medication or recommend surgery. He listens to my concerns and always explains everything thoroughly and makes sure I understand. His bedside manner is great, he is friendly and calming. It is comforting to have a physician that you can trust. I recommend Dr. Ephrat if you need an ENT, he is THE BEST.

I am ecstatic that your facility takes my insurance again!
I have not gone to another ENT since you stopped taking my insurance. Now that you’re back in-network, my family and I are happy to once again receive the best health care around! Dr. Ephrat is phenomenal and have done wonders with my son’s and my surgeries. After suffering with ear and sinus infections for 30 years, it’s going on 5 years post his surgery where I haven’t had ANY infections at all! Stop searching for an ENT; please see Dr. Ephrat. I rarely write reviews - this one was necessary.
