fabulous and pain free
From my initial consultation, surgery day and post op follow up Dr. Moreno and his staff were friendly,knowledgeable and professional. Most of all I am out of the terrible pain I was in and able to get back to a new pain free life. Wow, I have to figure out this whole life thing again!! Thank You!!

Life Changing
Having this surgery was life changing. Living with back pain for over 20 years I never thought I could ever feel this way again until I met Dr. Moreno and had my surgery. Also his bedside manner is top notch and unlike any other doctor I have ever had.

Extremely experienced, caring, excellent surgeon
I strongly recommend Dr. Moreno. I just had a double fusion at L5-S1 and after 3 weeks I'm already doing better than before the surgery. I have no doubt that I will continue to feel better and better. (had severe pain and nerve problems) His tremendous experience and surgical skills will ensure the best outcome for your spine surgery. I wouldn't want to go to any other surgeon. You can trust his diagnosis and decision-making completely!

I've been a patient of Dr. Anthony Moreno since 2004. You will not find a better human being, and skilled spine physician / surgeon, anywhere. He is so compassionate and truly cares about each patient. He makes full eye contact with you throughout your visit and takes the time to listen. Your questions are encouraged, his explanations are clear and he ensures that you understand. Dr. Moreno uses his extensive medical and surgical skills / experience in combination with his determination to give each patient the best possible 'perfect' result. I've had four spine surgeries performed by Dr. Moreno (3 neck, 1 back). Each one has been a complete success, thanks to his skills. Recoveries have been uneventful and his follow up care has ensured best possible result by utilizing bone graft stimulator and ordering Physical Therapy. If you want to be "good as new" with the best possible outcome, become a patient of Dr. Anthony Moreno. He is such an incredible person and doctor.

Good for the most part except for my expected recovery time. i made my decision to do surgery based on the common recovery time doctor Moreno spoke to me about in my pre surgery appointment was way longer than expected. I am aware that i differs from patient to patient but it has been 4 times as long as expected. Otherwise everything else was pretty expected from a specialist.

First major surgery
Dr. Moreno explained in detail as to what was to take place in surgery, but as a first timer- with a real major surgery I truly wasn't prepared for all the pain that I endured.
As I am writing this most of the 3 weeks of healing was a blur. I do know I had no appetite (which was good for me due to losing some weight).
I am going to do my best in recouping and try to push myself in the healing process.
I thank you Dr. Moreno, you are the bomb!!
