Vein pain
The staff worked me in fast as an emergency then took great care of me. All staff were personable and learned my name. John “the sock guy” was genius with the use of specific gloves to don the compression hose.

Dr. Gardner and his staff are the best!
Robin is always so kind and puts you at ease. Dr. Gardner is by far the best in Chattanooga! Years ago I was seen by a different provider in the area. He never to the time to listen to me about my issues or concerns. I am so glad my PMP sent me to Dr. Gardner. She said he was the best and she was right! He takes the time to listen to you. I had to have 5 different procedures. Each time he and Robin was constantly asking me if I was ok. Afterwards, he sat down and talked with me about what to expect. I recommend them above any one else and will always use them for my vein issues in the future!

A great experience with Dr. Gardner and staff at The Vein Institute
I had a great experience with Dr. Gardner and the staff at The Vein Institute! They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. It was easy to get in touch with them and schedule appointments, and I never had to wait for long to be called back or see Dr. Gardner. Four weeks after my procedure the veins on my leg are so much less visible and I'm extremely happy with my results! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to reduce the appearance of spider and varicose veins!

Outstanding Results!
Dr. Gardner is a very nice, professional and knowledgeable Dr. He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me time to ask any questions. I never felt rushed. My legs before the treatments felt heavy and I was having trouble walking. After the procedures -What a huge difference! I can walk and do not have any pain at all. Dr. Gardner also called me the evening of the procedure to ask how I was doing and that meant a lot to me! A++

Excellent experience initial through follow up visits.
The staff were all super nice and helpful. My procedure went excellent. The procedure itself and what to expect were explained ahead of time. I was given contact information for the Dr. Gardner including how to reach him after hours. He called to follow up with me following my three procedures the same evening. He explained everything about the procedure prior to and during the procedure itself. Overall one of the best experience I have ever had with a medical procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome!
From Start to finish the whole staff is amazing. Super friendly and very professional. Dramatic difference in my legs since I had the procedure done. I've got a spring in my step and am able to walk without any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Vincent Gardner.

Fantastic process, easy and great outcome
Robin is great at explaining and keeping me relaxed. Dr. Gardner goes to the extreme to make sure you are totally aware of what he is doing and making sure he monitors your progress. Nothing slips by him. Best decision I have made in a long time.

Loved Dr. Gardner in every way!!
I needed vein work on both legs. When I experienced chest pain during the night before the 2nd procedure and still had it the morning of the procedure, Dr. Gardner took every precaution to protect me, even doing an EKG to conclude I just had a strained pectoral! He and Robin gave EXCELLENT care!!

I feel so much better. I can walk without tripping.
Before i came here, I used to trip because I couldn't lift my feet. My legs used to fall asleep whenever I would bend my legs. I had a lot of pain in certain areas of my legs. I am a different person. I haven't tripped or fallen since the surgery. (Sclero and Verathena therapy).
I love how personal the staff are and their genuine concerns. I will refer Dr. Gardner and his staff to everyone.

I feel very confident in their ability to take care of my issue.
Since calling in to make my appointment to have my veins looked at, it has been a positive experience. Mary has always been very patient when finding appointment times and rescheduling if needed. Robin is very personable and is a wonderful compliment when assisting Dr. Garfdner with the procedure. Wonderful experience and would recommend highly.

Great results with a caring doctor
Dr. Gardner did a great job with both of my legs and endovenous abalation. I am thrilled with the results. He had an excellent demeanor at each appointment, explained the procedures to me thoroughly, and achieved great results. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Gardner.

Very attentive to your needs

Glad I didn't wait any longer!
I developed varicose veins during pregnancy which only worsened afterwards and became painful, making my legs feel heavy when standing all day for work. I wore compression but it only helped a little. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr Gardner and I didn't put it off any longer, because now I can stand all day for work without the pain!

Dr. Gardener and Robin explained all procedures and answered any concerns that I may have had. . Everyone in Dr Gardeners office is very personable and caring. Mary answered all insurance questions and scheduled appointments around my work. The experience has been a 5 star Plus .
