Dr Parungao and the staffs listened to me took really good care of me during my surgery and answered my questions promptly after surgery. The whole team was excellent.

My experience was very pleasant.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. My end results were very satisfactory. My hair is much thicker and my balding appearance is eliminated!!!!

Everyone was very welcoming, and detailed oriented.
I had nothing, but a great time with everyone who helped me. They where very good about answering my questions as they came up, and managing my pain when I asked.

It’s been one of the best experiences.
It’s sure nice to see a business that still takes pride in what they do. This is my second time getting this process done in 4 yrs and it was the same great results and professionalism from the ENTIRE staff from the time you walk in tell I left. Like most I was hesitant at first. Will it work? How will it look? Is it worth the money? The answers are all positive! The consultation with Marybeth was clear and candid. The consult with the Dr. again was honest and expectations were clear. A completely professional staff that made the experience as east and comfortable as is possible with a medical procedure. Great experience getting hair transplants to feminize my hairline.
My hairline looks and is perceived by others as a masculine hairline. But being a trans feminine person it is important for me to be able to pass as female in public. So my hair was a great source of anxiety and distress.
Dr. Parungao and his staff were very understanding, helpful, and friendly. I'm excited to have my new hair transplants and can't wait until they have grown in. This is a great and important step in helping my transition!
