Excellent evaluation and treatment!
Dr. Wagner and his team swiftly and accurately identified my problems and treated me effectively. I had been receiving similar treatments from another doctor and it wasn't working well. So I took a chance and traveled from North Carolina to have a consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Wagner was able to identify the gaps in the previous regenerative treatments I had received by different doctor. The regenerative treatments by Dr. Wagner have been very effective at relieving my pain and restoring my function.

Dr. Wagner, Maggie and Connie are amazing. They are kind, patient, empathetic and always professional. Dr. Wagner is one of the best doctors I have ever had -- he listens, he is empathetic and takes the time to figure out what the source of your pain is -- as a patient, I never feel rushed or dismissed.

Fantastic physician! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I came in with chronic back pain (15+ years) after a pretty bad flare up. After a detailed discussion of my history we talked over some possible treatment options. After reviewing an MRI we decided that an epidural was the best option. After a few days of recovery my pain is down to almost nothing. We've been following up regularly to make sure things are still going well. Dr. Wagner has been amazing. He's a great listener and explains things really well.

Delivers care while educating in an easy-to-understand manner along the way
I've been seeing Dr. Wagner to address problems with my lower back. Not only have I felt relief through non-invasive measures, I have a clearer picture of the options ahead of me as I pursue even better outcomes. Dr. Wagner takes the time to make sure I understand the treatments/care planned for me and the thought process around determining which treatments are best for me.

Dr. Wagner and his team has been instrumental in my recovery process.
I had a bad outcome from a previous surgery (different doctor) came to this office at a really low point and had no clear plan in place to heal from my surgery. Dr. Wagner and his team put a plan together and saw me all the way through. I am still a way from being healed, but I have trust in Dr.Wagner and his team to get me there

Dr Wagner is extremely talented at giving injections.
Dr Wagner is a great listener. He spends time with you to determine the root cause of your problem. He has an extremely steady hand and I would trust no one else to give me my steroidal injections.

Awesome!
Dr. Wagner is absolutely fantastic at not only being able to figure out exactly where the problem is but explaining and treating the problem and the pain. Also, Dr. Wagner cares about the long term plan and will create the strategy for fixing and treating the problem. He knows how to communicate in a way that makes me understand exactly what's happening and why.

Doctor Wagner is a compassionate physician with a deep understanding of bodies physical condition, movement and function. He explains medical procedures in clear easy to understand laymans terms. Doctor Wagner has a remarkable beside manner that made me feel comfortable with any medical procedure he performed.

Highly skilled, I've recommended him to many people
Dr. Wagner identified a hip labral tear when no one else knew what the issue was. He always has reliable advice with my hip, back, and neck issues and doesn't push you to do unnecessary procedures. He always takes plenty of time to hear about the problem you are experiencing. Highly recommend.

I have been treated by Dr. Wagner for multiple areas over the years with great success. He will take the time to be sure he is doing the right thing for you. The Prolotherapy and PRP have been absolute best thing. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone with joint or ligament issues see Dr. Wagner for help.

excellent explanation of diagnosis, execution of treatment.
I have been getting Prolo, PRP and Stem Cell treatments from Dr. Wagner for various body parts ( Knees, ankles, fingers feet,etc) for at least seven years with excellent results. He explains the treatments well, listens for details of symptoms and understands what the patients are feeling. I have no problems coming back for new concerns as I grow older in my pursuit of sports.

quick and easy to get assistance for my spinal problems
the doctor and all of the assistants are knowledgeable and pleasant. it is sometimes anxiety producing to have to have an epidural but they make it almost a pleasant experience.

Most doctors can not help chronic pain conditions. NSPC offers various procedures for chronic pain conditions to treat the root of the problem rather than just saying you have to live with the pain or prescribing medications.

Simply Amazing
I have had osteoarthritis since I was 20, and by the time I found Dr Wagner 10 years later I could barely move my arms, and had ALOT of pain in my knees. He was wonderfully honest about what he could and couldn't do, and told me that no matter what he was going to find a way to help me get back to as close to normal as I could get. And he did just that.
Here I am three years later coming back in for a 'tune up' and it is only because now I am wanting to do more than I ever thought I would be able to. I went from having 7, 8 and 9's on the pain scale, to averaging 3s. I came back because I want to do pull-ups. I'm back to see if he can work more magic and give me 3 more years of improvement. At the rate I'm going when I come back in 2023 (and I totally plan on it), I will be coming back to get ready for some extreme sport event like American Ninja Warrior, or Ironman.
As you can tell, the most important thing Dr Wagner gave me is hope. Hope you can find that too.

Great Doctor
Doctor Wagner performed a stem cell treatment on my left knee following a meniscus injury. The results were like night and day. It feels much better, in fact, sometimes it feels stronger than before the injury. He takes the time to listen and goes through the various treatment options. I highly recommend him.
