They are very comforting and don't treat you like a number. They provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. Addison Pain is very knowledgeable and truly care for their patients. I would highly recommend Addison Pain to anyone!

Excellent Pain Care Center!!
The level of care the doctors and staff have provided me is, by far, the best I've received. They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to make me comfortable. I've never felt like a number, but more as part of their family. I would highly recommend Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine seeking high level care to treat their pains.

Exceptional Patient Care
It isn't everyday that you get a group of doctors and staff who care about your well-being and quality of life like they do at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine. My previous pain management doctor had the worst bedside manner and left me with more injuries than I started. My wonderful neurologist referred me to APRM, and I refuse to go elsewhere because of the level of care I have received. I've gotten to know them, and I trust all they have done for me. I will always speak highly of them because they pride themselves in taking care of their patients. Thank you, Sylvia and Chris, especially for never giving up on me!!!

Dr. East and Sylvia have been amazing
I have been coming to the office for almost 20 years. Dr. East and Sylvia have always treated me with respect and an attentive ear. I have had many procedures over the years and never worried about anything- I have had the most amazing care when I felt my worst and had the same incredible care when I felt my best. Dr. East, Sylvia, and the whole staff are a blessing and I am truly grateful.

Pain Management 101 at its finest
Best of the best when it comes to taking care of their patients. Dr East and Sylvia B. are amazing and so kind and informative always taking the time to make sure i understand whats going on with everything . Dr Hess always leaving me feeling better after the procedures. I'm thankful for such a talented team of drs keeping me up and running.

Above and Beyond expectations
Dr. East and his entire staff are Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Silvia is by far the most impressive doctor that I have dealt with in all my years of recieving pain management.
She takes her time, listens to you and maintains eye contact while speaking to you. Her willingness to search out ALL treatment options is refreshing. In my past experience, doctors are all about a single approach and getting you out of their office without obtaining any results. This office will get you the treatments and results you need and deserve.

Sylvia Bugarin - Great Medical Provider
During my years as a patient at Addison Pain Management Sylvia has been above great. I love it that shes very attentive to my concerns and pain. She's always quick to respond to my pain by suggesting other methods of treatment in addition to the pain medicine. Sylvia makes me feel like I'm her only patient and I know that she's going to take good care of me. I can't overlook the rest of the nice staff her. Alana, Dr. Hess, Morgan and all the others. You all have been great and always very professional and knowledgable in assisting me with my pain management needs.

I started coming to addison pain when i was in so much pain i couldn't sleep. All the doctors and staff have provided amazing care and i am pain free.

Wonderful doctors and staff
I have been to other pain providers and no one has ever listened and helped more than APM. They work on fixing you, not just giving your meds. They truly care for their patients! I would highly recommend.

Great Customer service!
Sylvia was very attentive to my situation, she offered an injection that would help relieve my shoulder pain in a few day, but I was truly feeling relief later that same day! The whole staff was so kind and friendly. Making my appointment was very easy and the lady at the front was able to check my insurance quickly, I knew exactly what I had to pay.
