I saw the nurse practitioner. She explained everything clearly, did a brief physical exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. An overall positive experience with everyone from the front desk, to the nurse taking my vitals and the nurse practitioner.

Learned a lot today from the nurses here.She schooled me on gastro-enterology and hepatitis.

All my questions was answered and the staff was very nice and give clear explanations on all question. Also made me feel welcome.

I love Ms. Hannah! I look forward to seeing her, but do not like having to come to see her. She always makes me feel like I am important. Dr. Shannon is awesome as well, but I know that when he is not available I am in good hands with Ms. Hannah.

While sitting in the waiting room, another woman & I were talking about how friendly the staff is here & how that is not always the case at some medical offices. She stated that she had to change her husband's appointment several times & was always treated so nicely. I commented that this is a different staff than I experienced the last time I was here, but they were friendly, too. I said I had the feeling that you have to be kind & friendly in order to work for Dr. Shannon, as he is that way himself. The nurse, Monica, was helpful & attentive. Dr. Shannon was friendly, listened carefully, did not make me feel rushed, offered suggestions - all with a kind & professional manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shannon for a few years now. Dr. Shannon is great, very professional, and he is compassion about his patients well being . He take the time to talk with his patients to get an understanding of what's is going on with them. two thing I love most about my office visits; are his staff are professional and friendly and He does not have his patient waiting for a long length of time.
