I felt confident in his assessment of my condition and that he was recommending the proper treatment and expected outcomes. I just wish there had been more time taken with me. I understand it was busy but I did feel like just another patient walking through the door. The procedure was a bit nerve wracking and would have liked more explanation on what to expect, that I may experience pain, and that maybe to take tylenol before the injection would be a good idea so as to not be in so much pain. I would have also appreciate a staff member , be it a PA or RN or NA , whatever, staff with me through the first 2-5 uneasy minutes post injection. I was extremely dizzy which they said I would be and I knew it would pass but having someone there just sitting with me would have been so , so appreciated. I would have really been a much more patient-focused experience.

I found his clarity very reassuring. He leveled with me about a difficult problem and that ability to be authentic was very helpful to me.
