A Doctor who Genuinely Cares & Knows His Stuff!
Dr. Jack Bertolino was the most thorough practitioner I have had in years. When doctors want to get you in and out in 15 minutes, he stayed with us until we really understood the process. He doesn't try to sell you anything you do not need. He gives total care. I cannot sing his praises enough. The best in the region. I wish more doctor's were like him!!! Thank you, Dr. Bertolino.

Dr Jack is very kind and you can tell he has a passion for this BHRT We come from Jamestown to see him and get the pellets put in. He makes sure you have blood work done each time and doesnt give you what you dont need. I would recommend anyone that is over 40 to come to him.

Honest comfortable service
i came in to see the doctor about a few issues, he was very honest with me that some of what i wanted to do was not going to improve or do what I wanted. I did hear about THERMIVA and that has changed my life! Mother of 5, always laughed when my mom said "I am so glad I have my pantyliner on!", she was a mother of 3 big babies and had incontinece issues and no doc said they could help her. I now found myself in the same boat. With one treatment I had no leaks! Have had 3 now and it has changed my life...it has some side effects!"tightening of my vaginal area-therefor helping me achieve orgasm like I havent been able to before kids! Thank you doc, this has changed my relationship with husband and no more running to bathroom

The best! My face is so much younger
Dr. Jack Bertolino made the commitment to youth so comfortable: He was upfront, honest and addressed all of the questions I had during the consultation. The procedure (face fillers) was painless: Dr. Bertalino allowed me to give feedback through out the process. I was comfortable and very satisfied with the result. The office staff are so kind and supportive- I call, and they answer all my questions and concerns. I'm a client for the long term.

Dr Bertolino has been amazing.
I have seen results with thermiva since my first visit and im excited to see the results after the next two. Dr Bertolino takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and really cares for his patients. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you're satisfied. Great! When I first came to the office I was struggling with lack of hormones and he answered all my questions and concerns. I started on the bioidentical hormones and I can't even describe the difference its made in my life. Dr Bertolino has made such a difference with all that he's doing, he's a very caring Dr.

Dr. Bertolino Saved My Life!

Fantastic Experience start to finish!
Dr Bertolino makes sure that he spends the individual time with each of his patients that come through here to make sure they're comfortable and he's answered all of their questions to their satisfaction. He fully explained the problem areas that I had and any concerns he may have! I've had 2 separate treatments done here, and have been more than satisfied with the process, the full consult, explanation and each of the separate treatments performed. BHRT is like flipping a switch!
2 months ago I decided to try BHRT as I had exhausted all traditional therapies for my symptoms of menopause. I'm 53 years old and I have been menopausal for 5 years now. I was feeling tired, depressed, forgetful and I really didn't have any drive to do anything. My husband and I hadn't had sex for almost a year. Our marriage was dissolving and I couldn't motivate. After 2 months of therapy, I feel like a switch has been flipped - I have a healthy sex drive with no more vaginal dryness issues. I am more engaged in every facet of my life, both personally & professionally. I am back at the gym - no more sluggish nights on the couch. I simply feel more alive. My marriage may have a chance. I would recommend BHRT to anyone who has given up on feeling alive again! Don't settle in to the sterotypical menopausal woman - I refuse to give in - I want a full life.

Excellent Service, Extremely Knowledgeable, Amazing Results
I have had an AMAZING experience with Dr, Bertolino. I can in his office post-hysterectomy at the age of 33. He took his time when talking with me about the options I have for hormones. He educated me about Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy. I am extremely satisfied with the relief from menopause symptoms that I have experienced. I feel amazing. My mood swings have leveled out, I no longer get hot flashes, I am not having anxiety and panic attacks anymore, I am sleeping better, I have more energy, I am not as forgetful, the feeling of foggy brain has gone away, and I am also no longer bloated. I was also experiencing incontinence and vaginal dryness. I was constantly leaking urine throughout the day. I was unable to have sexual intercourse with my husband because I was so dry that it was extremely painful. I have received 2 of 3 treatments of Thermiva so far and I am beyond pleased with my results, My continence went away RIGHT AWAY. It was amazing. I stopped leaking immediately!! After the first Thermiva treatment I noticed a huge difference in vaginal dryness. I was able to have sex with my husband and it didn't hurt AT ALL! There was absolutely no more pain. After the second treatment I experienced greater sexual satisfaction!

Feeling great on the hormones

The best doctor for Aesthetics/fillers/dysport
Dr. Jack is by far my favorite Doctor for fillers and dysport. Before I found Smooth Solutions, I had gone to a number of other places in the Buffalo area, but I will never go any where else again. Dr. Jack is SUPER knowledgeable about the most up to date products and procedures and he really takes the time to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. His office runs several specials a year, which is also a plus. He and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I am just grateful to have found a place where I can come consistently and a doctor who I can work with in the future for all of my aesthetic needs. Thanks for making me feel beautiful, Dr. Jack!
